NORTH AMERICAN: CRONshake

2/3 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

1 cup milk or milk substitute

1 ½ oz. tofu (roughly ¼ block)

½ banana

cinnamon

stevia powder

Blend strawberries, milk, tofu, and banana. Add cinnamon and/or stevia powder to taste.
